Heat Pump Maintenance - Cleaning Heat Pump Filters
Heat pump cleaning will ensure optimum performance from your heat pump.
It is essential that the large heat pump filters in the upper front of your heat pump are cleaned on a regular basis - at least every 6-8 weeks. Always turn your heat pump off before cleaning your filters.
Take the filters out and wash them under a running tap, dry them by pressing between two towels before replacing them.

1. Clean and disinfect the system’s coils (inside and out). Clean indoor filters.
2. Check drain pipe, or condensate pump, if fitted
3. Check for Vermin, especially Cockroaches (damage not covered by warranty)
Spray, and or lay bait and advise customer of potential problem
4. Check the electrical circuit for the system
5. Check for any refrigerant gas leaks and re gas if required FOC to HPC customers
6. Check the systems fault diagnostics
7. Check temperature readings
8. Check for any abnormal noise / signs of deterioration
9. Check the systems general operations
10. Replace remote batteries
We will also instruct you of any operation and heat pump maintenance requirements, if necessary.
