Good morning Phil, just a note to say how pleased I am with the heat pumps your guys installed yesterday. I didn't get to meet Jeff and Ben, I had to go to work(!!) but my husband was home, and he is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to putting things on walls or making holes through walls (drives me nuts) and he was so impressed with these two guys that he made them coffee and bought pies for their lunch (believe me they must be good for him to do that!). My husband and I live in an original 1950s COLD home. We have an open fire but wanted another heating source. Especially after being out at night and not wanting to light the fire at the end of the day. Gareth came to our home and investigated the best possible option for our home and our needs. Wed intended to have a ducted system but with the size of the area we wanted to heat Gareth suggested a heat pump transfer kit. He was an honest sales rep with integrity.

A few weeks later Greg and Dan fitted out heatpump and transfer kit. We were at home when installation took place but to be honest didnt even notice they were there. They were quiet, efficient and professional! Lovely guys who always removed their shoes, tidied after the job and took such pride in their work. They consulted us along the way to ensure they were placing components where we wanted them and where they worked best! 

I can only recommend this company from Jane at administration, the sales reps to the installers! For all your heating needs these are the guys to call!

Sorry not to get back to you earlier this week. We went over last weekend and they look great. I know it sounds really dumb but I had this worry that they would end up in the wrong place. Not quite sure why, think it's just the difficulty of dealing remotely with things on Waiheke. Anyway, they are perfectly located and as unobtrusive as they can be. While be bought them for heating, I think they will come in quite handy for cooling.

I would like to thank you for giving a human touch to our business dealing. We came to New Zealand with just two bags and have rebuilt our lives from scratch. We brought all our household stuffs i.e. furniture, electronic and electrical items etc here, but once the goods are sold the seller doesn't want to know you and if you ask for anything extra, there is always an extra charge involved. It is a shame that excellent service is not always acknowledged. 

We would like to extend our appreciation for the top-class service you and your team provided during the recent installation of 4 heatpumps in our family home.

You were very prompt in meeting with us after another appointment with another provider was not kept by that provider.  You confirmed the time and arrived on-time, you took the chance to see my wife and took your shoes off upon entering our home.  When required to meet with us again to confirm the exact requirements, you brought along sample units so we could see what these will look like.  You were at no point pushy, and respected our decision to go for something slightly different.  Your installation team arrived on-time, were extremely courteous towards my wife and performed the installation to a very high standard.  They left the property clean after the installation.

Today we've received the pack in the email, with detailed how-to instructions, electrical Cerificate of Compliance, the invoice and warranty details.

I honestly will have to dig very deep to convey the level of appreciation we have for the excellent service you've provided - this is the best we've had in our 11yrs in New Zealand.  We will certainly pass your details to our clients as we are both self-employed and work in service delivery environments.

Can you please post some business cards, or drop-off, to us so we can pass these to our clients who may be in the market for heat pumps.
